Job Vacancy – Inspector – Network and Information Systems
The Inspectorate is seeking a talented individual to join the team as an Inspector – Network and Information Systems (NIS).
The NIS Regulations extend the original Drinking Water Supply regulations to include greater emphasis on the security and reliability of information systems which control drinking water production or delivery; and in particular the later day threat of cyber security.
The role requires a candidate to drive continuous improvements in cyber resilience across the drinking water sector and on an interpersonal level, the post holder should have an enquiring mind with good communication and influencing skills and the ability to make effective decisions.
