The UK Health Security Agency replaces Public Health England

The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) is the nation’s new public health body focused on health protection and security. UK Health Security Agency replaced Public Health England on the 1st October 2021. We are in the process of updating our guidance to reflect these changes, but while this is being completed, please refer to the UK Health Security Agency in place of Public Health England. Public Health Wales remains unchanged.
