Press Release – South West Water fined for drinking water offence

Change to the Drinking Water Inspectorate General Enquiries Telephone Number
The Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) Enquiries Line will be changing to the following number with immediate effect: 0330 041 6501. There will be a short period until 31 October 2022 when the 0300 number will still be operational, and during this time callers will be advised of the new number to call in future.
